How often will my office water system/cooler be serviced?

Keeping your water system working at maximum capacity is of vital importance. Service for standard commercial water systems is scheduled for once every 6 months. For residential, you will receive written notice once each year. These services are included with your lease agreement.

What is included in my water service?

Servicing includes:

• External cleaning of all components
• Filter change and cleaning
• Cleaning and sanitizing drinking water cooler
• Reverse Osmosis flush and testing
• Storage tank recharge and sanitizing (where applicable)
